Wanting Memories: Encore revisits beloved songs such as “Over the Rainbow” and “What a Wonderful World,” anchored by Ysaÿe M. Barnwell’s moving “Wanting Memories.” Together, these selections journey through nostalgia and family, loss and love, grief and laughter, fear and hope. Newly woven stories throughout the program illuminate the powerful role music plays in shaping memory, identity, and the human experience.
